Dr. Zhou Jun, Ph. D., Shanghai Institute of Optics and precision machinery, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and postdoctoral fellow of Stanford University. Currently, he is the chairman and general manager of Nanjing Mu radium laser technology Co., Ltd., and once served as the director of the center of Nanjing advanced laser technology research institute, associate researcher of Shangguang Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and technical director of Newton Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd.

Dr. Zhou Jun has made remarkable achievements through years of continuous cultivation and forging ahead in the field of laser optoelectronics. He has successively obtained talent plans such as Jiangsu Province's mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents, Jiangsu Province's six talent peaks, the promotion plan for innovative and entrepreneurial talents of the Ministry of science and technology, Nanjing's innovative entrepreneurs, national major engineering talents, Nanjing's top scientific and technological experts, and Jiangsu Province's advanced individuals studying abroad and returning home.

In 2015, Dr. Zhou Jun founded Mu radium laser. As the leader of Mu radium laser, he focused on the R & D and promotion of wind lidar system, explored a set of efficient methods for technology transfer and industrial incubation, successfully promoted the industrialization of wind lidar technology, and broke the foreign monopoly of wind lidar products.
